The Return

Returning to the blog has been exciting.

And is becoming a way that I can share things, that we are currently passionately working on.

Like those that can aid in building or simplifying our way of understanding things encountered in life over different phases.

These can be beneficial with practice. And they can lead to internal and external methods for handling and juggling many factors of our modern lives, while managing things like conflicts and stress.

Join and following along and become a part of Our Family! Connecting and building up our communities while developing a meditative approach and response to life and all of its blessings and challenges. . .

As with all posts I return to the topic of change from growth and what it reveals to us that shows off so much magic. Learning to view life in this way can strengthen sensory and memory focus and development that helps with meditating. And it can lead to us witnessing miraculous transformations that are life altering... which can in turn become life extending.

My personal photo journal of some of this magic that I’ve personally witnessed in my life first hand can be found here on this blog and over @vividmpression on Instagram where at the start of 2021 I am currently working on locating natural remedies to aid with some of the changes currently seen in my skin that is showing signs of deficiencies with age and usage.

*(disclaimer- we are an informational organization providing suggestions that can be life enhancing but are not medical physicians, therapists, or counselors and do not claim to provide professional help for managing health, stress, or exercise and physical activity.)*

Please always feel free to comment or follow along to stay in the loop to find out what’s going on.

Coming up soon is more information on a project that began over five years ago. It has entered into a new phase and now the research and understanding that has been gained can be put to test when combined with any traditions that were passed down through family members.

What results will be encompassed and tested for it’s effectiveness at the same time that I am not only return to blogging and writing but also to the mat to take selfies as I stretch, meditate and practice yoga. Because yoga is a way of life which needs to be practiced often just like any other skill. Many of us black and brown folks here in America have learned to perfect the use of yoga as a response to much of the traumas associated with colonialism of which many still remain to this day.

 Thank you for reading, Darlene
